The original company, which was founded in 1956 in the heart of the ship and boat building industry, the Golden Horn, has been the locomotive of the Turkish maritime industry for many years with its ship and yacht charter services.
In 1986, the headquarters of the company was moved to Tuzla, which has become one of the most important mega yacht building areas in the world since the 1990s. During these rising years, our company started to introduce the products of many manufacturers into the Turkish maritime market.
The services provided by our company to the maritime sector have been growing and diversifying since then. In 1966 the third generation of the family started a separate, independent boatbuilding company.
