HELMEPA (Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association) participates in the exhibition Thessaloniki Boat & Fishing Show 2023, 20 – 22 October, at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre.

Helmepa is the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association, a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Athens, Greece.

It was created by the pioneering, voluntary commitment of Greek seafarers and shipowners to protect the seas from ship pollution, which they undertook in Piraeus on 4 June 1982 with the slogan “To Save the Seas” and have consistently supported to this day.

Its financial operation is based solely on the annual contributions of the Members and extraordinary donations.
